This policy applies to all apps and websites published by Universe Home Technology Limited ("we", "us"), including OfflineVoice.
What we collect
We design our apps to collect as little as possible. OfflineVoice processes audio and text entirely on your device; recordings and transcripts are never uploaded to our servers. We do not require an account.
Where an app offers subscriptions, purchases are handled by Apple. We receive anonymised transaction information from Apple to deliver what you bought; we never see your payment details.
We may collect anonymous crash reports and basic usage statistics (for example which features are used) to improve the apps. These do not identify you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not show third-party advertising.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Your rights
You can delete all data an app stores by deleting the app. If you have contacted us by email, you may ask us to delete that correspondence at any time.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We will update this page when our practices change. The date above shows the latest revision.
